I think I am suffering from post traumatic stress. I wasn't in war, I was in an abusive relationship. No one knows or suspects. I think I'm losing my mind.

You should like me. I was in an abusive relationship for a long time, got out and now am doing worse. I am not being abused but the pain lives on every day. I feel like I am losing my mind too. I hide it pretty well myself but the pain is still very present. Everyone says it will get better, but I doubt it. Try and stay strong.

We are all losing our minds, that is those of us that had one to lose in the first place. Everyone else just goes blindly and happily through life.

I was in an abusive relationship for years and it clouded every relationship after... I understand where you're coming from. I suggest going to a professional therapist. It can be very cathardic to talk to someone unbiased and just get out all the bad feelings. Good Luck...
